At NOMOQ, we prioritize the safety and well-being of your little ones. Because our Baby Skincare Cream and Soapnut Cleanser are hygiene-sensitive products, we maintain strict return and refund conditions to ensure every parent receives products that are safe, untampered, and of the highest quality.
1. Eligibility for Return or Refunds
We will only consider a return or refund request in the following circumstances:
- Damaged/Defective: The product is delivered with a broken seal, leaking bottle, or damaged packaging.
- Incorrect Item: The wrong product (e.g., received Cleanser instead of Cream) was sent to you.
- Expired: The product has passed its expiration date at the time of delivery.
Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been opened or used cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
2. Conditions for Approval
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must:
- Notify our team within 48 hours of receiving the parcel (based on courier tracking).
- Provide Proof of Purchase (Order ID/Receipt).
- Submit Clear Photos/Videos showing the issue (e.g., the defect, the wrong item, or the expiry date).
- Ensure the product remains unopened, with the security seal intact, and in its original packaging.
3. How to Submit a Request
- Contact our support team via WhatsApp or Email (details below) within 48 hours.
- Provide your order details and supporting evidence.
- Our team will review your case within 3–5 business days.
If approved, you may choose:
- A Replacement: Shipped to you at no extra cost (subject to stock).
- A Refund: Processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
4. Return Shipping

Our Responsibility: If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, NOMOQ will bear the return shipping costs.

Other Reasons: Requests for "Change of Mind" or subjective dissatisfaction are not eligible for return or refund.
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Requests made after the 48-hour notification window.
- Products with broken seals or signs of usage.
- Items purchased during clearance sales or as part of a "Free Gift" promotion.
- Purchases made through unauthorized third-party resellers.
6. Important NPRA & Safety Disclaimer
In compliance with the National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency (NPRA), Ministry of Health Malaysia:
- Our products are notified with the NPRA; however, notification is not a guarantee of individual results.
- Subjective Dissatisfaction: As baby skin is highly sensitive and results vary based on skin type and environmental factors, we do not offer refunds for "lack of results" or "personal preference."
- Skin Reaction: In the unlikely event of an allergic reaction, please discontinue use immediately and consult a pediatrician. Refunds for reactions are handled on a case-by-case basis and may require a medical note.
